State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-30
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.
Categories and Sources
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of mixedframe.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
Your Options
You may exercise rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, and may opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising. Where state law allows, you may appeal if we say no. Making a request will never result in worse service or different terms; anti-discrimination provisions apply and we honour them.
Selling and Sharing
No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.
To Make a Request
Email hello@mixedframe.com and say what you want to do. For opt-outs specifically, the fastest route is to switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we detect and honour it automatically, with no message required. We will verify a request by replying to the address it came from, and respond within the period state law allows. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
